The Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program often sponsors workshops with various industry organizations. These workshops serve as a way for MMS and industry to:

Blue Bullet exchange information;
 Blue Bullet identify concerns and problems;
 Blue Bullet transfer technology;
 Blue Bullet set future research needs; and
 Blue Bullet review recent accomplishments.

International workshops help us identify common problems in the oil and gas industry worldwide and share solutions.
