Description

The workshop was a JIP project conducted by the Colorado School of Mines with participation from government, industry and academia. The workshop will brought some of the leading persons in their field and discussed the latest ideas and methods in corrosion protection. The workshop on advanced coating protection focused on four areas:

  1. The transfer of information in this field;
     

  2. Learn about new technologies and materials to be applied in field conditions;
     

  3. Assess and analyze future needs; and
     

  4. Define the best approach and opportunities for this research.
