Submitting Research Proposals

On June 24, 2009, MMS Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for white papers addressing the 2010 oil spill response research projects. Please only submit white papers on the topics listed in the announcement and follow the instructions in the request. This announcement closes on July 27, 2009. The announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to MMS for review. Search for announcement number M09PS00081at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov/

MMS has suggested guidelines that you may follow if your white paper results in a future request for a full proposal. The purpose is to provide consistency in proposals to expedite the review process. (20 KB PDF)
