Submitting Research Proposals

On February 12, 2008, MMS Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for white papers addressing alternative energy safety research projects. Please only submit white papers on the topics listed and follow the instructions for the request. This announcement closes on March 12, 2008. The following link to the announcement will show the research topics. This announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to MMS for review.

 1. Go to the site mentioned above;
 2. Click on FedBizOpps Vendors;
 3. Down arrow, click on DOI;
 4. Go to MMS site – Locations;
 5. Go to Procurement Operations, Herndon, VA.;
 6. Click on Posted Dates for latest announcements.

MMS has suggested guidelines that you may follow if your white paper results in a request for a full proposal. The purpose is to provide consistency in proposals to expedite the review process. PDF. (20 KB; 6 pages)
