Interior Department FY 2001 Budget Briefing Scheduled
Budget Request to highlight President Clinton’s Commitment to Meeting
the needs of the Nation’s First Americans, Protecting America’s
Great Places and Restoring Species
A briefing to discuss the U.S. Department of the Interior’s fiscal year 2001 budget request will be held on Monday, February 7, 2000, at 2 p.m. EST in the Department’s Sidney Yates auditorium, located at 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
Secretary of the Interior Bruce Babbitt and Assistant Secretary for Policy, Management and Budget John Berry will discuss the Department’s FY 2001 budget initiatives and answer questions.
