The booklet reports on the 1994 activities of the MMS Royalty Management Program, including collection of $4.2 billion in bonuses, rents and royalties from offshore federal mineral leases and onshore mineral leases on federal and Indian lands. The annual report also offers tables and statistics relating to the generation, distribution and history of revenues obtained under this program.
