* Reason for shut in
Level 1:  Above water
Level 2:  Underwater
Level 3:  When level 2 has
               detected significant
               structural damage
* Must provide initial plans to MMS
* MMS will review the plans
* Status reports must be provided
  by the first Friday of each month
* Conduct an underwater
   visual inspection of pipeline
   tie-ins and crossings
   using divers or ROV
* Visually inspect each above
   water pipeline riser
* Inspect pipeline steel catenary
  risers using divers or ROV
Upon completion of
Inspections and repairs
to platforms and structures,
companies resume production
and report to MMS
