Clean Air Act

Pursuant to Title I, Section 176 (c)(1) of the Federal Clean Air Act, the Minerals Management Service (MMS) announces the availability and requests public comments on the Draft General Conformity Determination (586 KB PDF) for the Proposed Cape Wind Energy Project in Massachusetts. Comments must reach MMS on or before December 31, 2008 to be considered.
