Remarks: EXPLORATION SPILL. The anchor ship for the drillship "Zapata
Trader" pulled in at anchor too close to the drillship. Rough seas caused the anchor
to knock a hole in the diesel fuel tank of the drillship. All the diesel fuel in tank was
spilled.
