Remarks: Submerged oil pipeline (WD 29 "A" S/C) mashed flat for 200' by large equipment dragged across the Gulf bottom, drill barge responsible. Wells shut in, spill boom deployed. Replaced damaged section of pipe with with new pipe.

Remarks: Work barge's anchor dragged over submerged bulk gas pipeline during rough seas, kinked line. Response: safety system shut all wells except C-8, which was manually shut; replaced damaged pipe, repairs completed January 1, 1972.
