Summary: This action extends the deadline for submitting comments on the ANPR published on May 22, 2006 (70 FR 29277). That ANPR requested comments on how to improve our regulatory approach to safety and environmental management systems (SEMS) for operations conducted in the OCS. The comment period has been extended to October 23, 2006.
