NEPA - Procedures

The Department of the Interior (DOI), through the Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance (OEPC), provides guidance on NEPA to the bureaus by the following:

MMS NEPA documents must conform with certain principles and standard practices to ensure consistency throughout the bureau and compliance with Federal law and regulation.   Procedures and guidance have been developed for the topics listed below.
