Jodie Connor has a proven record of leadership in the oil industry consulting business for over 15 years. Ms. Connor's exemplary effort demonstrated toward regulatory compliance should be commended. With the recent onset of new and small independent operators venturing into oil and gas production in the GOM, her knowledge of the governing regulations and lessee requirements has become extremely valuable for both the MMS and her clients. She specializes in oil spill planning, training, spill management team table exercises, deepwater permitting, exploration and development plans, MMS approval requests, and Department of Transportation Pipeline manuals. She also serves as an advisor to the Houston Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute.

Ms. Connor has led a team of representatives who are conscientious, cooperative, and dedicated to compliance assurance. The preparation of Safety and Environmental Management Programs (SEMP) has advanced the presently voluntary operations manual into a viable and workable reality, thus promoting safety, efficiency and environmental sensitivity of operations. Major and independent companies have acquired her services in preparation for cooperative SEMP audits with the MMS. Her representation in industry and MMS meetings has proven beneficial to both parties.
