Responsibilities
- Manages employee development programs
- Coordinates Special Emphasis Activities
- Develops and implements complaints prevention initiatives
- Administers the Employee Counseling Programs, and a program of dispute resolution alternatives
- Develops and tracks work place equity programs
- Coordinates employee training programs
- Oversees and tracks complaints processing
- Coordinates compliance with Departmental Office for Equal Opportunity and EEOC directives and Solicitor's requests
- Provides policy, coordination, and direction for MMS employee development programs
- Tracks and analyzes applicant flow data and employment trends
- Serves as the EEO and employee development coordination with the Department and other agencies
